The Rebecca Top embodies romantic elegance with its softly gathered square neckline and voluminous puff sleeves. Delicate smocking at the waist and cuffs creates a flattering silhouette, while ruffle and picot detailing add playful charm. The button-front closure and charming floral print complete the feminine aesthetic. Made from GOTS certified organic cotton poplin, this cropped blouse features elasticized shoulders, sweetheart neckline, and a double waistband with decorative ruffle. The elasticized sleeve openings ensure a comfortable fit. Unlined and true to size, it pairs beautifully with the matching Reese Ankle Skirt for a complete coordinated look.
