Can I make edits/cancel my order?
We try to get all our orders out in a timely manner, but should you need to make an edit or cancel an order, please email hello@capribysunset.com as soon as possible. If the item(s) have not shipped out yet, we will make every effort to make the requested changes.
How can I make a return?
Items purchased online or in-store are eligible for refund to the original form of payment or exchange when they meet all the requirements listed on our Shipping + Returns page. Follow instructions on that page to process a return.
What if a product arrives damaged?
If a product is damaged upon receipt, you may return it for an exchange or full refund. Request a return within 10 days of delivery by emailing hello@capribysunset.com. Please provide photos of the damage and your order number in the message.
How can I tell what size to purchase?
Brand size charts may be found on most product pages when made available to us. However, sizing varies between brands, so always feel free to contact us at hello@capribysunset.com or DM us via Instagram @capribysunset.shop if you have any questions whatsoever!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB), Paypal, Apple Pay, and AmazonPay. If you need assistance with store credit or a gift card, please contact us at hello@capribysunset.com.
