Welcome to the Penny Dress! The Penny Dress is a new style for Olivia James, and we couldn't love her more! The Penny offers a gathered, rounded v-neckline that is accompanied by gently puffed, drop balloon-style sleeves. Designed to be the ideal slip-on style, she has a generous fit throughout the body, but if worn with the included rope belt, you have the option to emphasize the waist!
