We made some edits to our best-selling Joleen Dress: Removed the shoulder ruffles and smocked cuff, giving the Josie a more refined look. The split V neckline leads to functioning center front buttons and a high-low ruffled skirt. The smocked waist makes this dress an easy fit and flattering on everyone!
